『重ね色目ピアス・イヤリング/落栗色（おちぐりいろ）・長月』
京友禅染で一点ずつ正絹着物生地を染めた耳飾りです。

長月　重ね色目『落栗色』

重ね色目の「落栗色（おちぐりいろ）」は、表に濃い蘇芳、裏に香色を合わせた、秋の深まりを感じさせる伝統的な色の組み合わせです。
つややかな栗の実を思わせる、赤みを帯びた深みのある茶系の色合いが特徴となっています。

表：濃蘇芳（こきすおう） - 黒みや赤みがかった深いエンジ色
裏：香色（こういろ） - 香木のような落ち着いた黄みの薄茶色

由来：落栗色は、文字通り「実った栗がポロポロと地面に落ちる様子」を表現した配色です。そのため、秋も深まった晩秋の季節に着用されました。
平安時代の代表的な文学作品である『源氏物語』の中にも落栗色が登場します。
服飾史の記録によると、落栗色は「めでたい席（祝儀）で女性が着用した袷の袴の色」であったという説も残されています。
自然の移ろいと、ハレの日の格式高い装いが結びついた、非常に格式の高い歴史を持つ色目です。

絹ならではの光沢と発色が美しく、淡水パールがより一層上品な印象を与えます。

平安時代の宮中で着物を重ね着する際、時節によって配色が決められていました。世界最古の配色便覧とも称されています。

京友禅は日本の伝統工芸の一つで着物を染める技法のことを指します。
手作業で作られているため、少々ばらつきがございます。
また生地のとり方によって柄の出方が異なります。ご了承ください。

・水濡れや汗はシミ、色落ちの原因となりますので避けてください。
・強い光や直射日光は避けてください。褪色が進みます。

Layered Color Combination for the September (Nagatuki): Fallen Chestnut (Ochiguri-iro)

"Ochiguri-iro" (Fallen Chestnut) is a traditional *kasane-irome* (layered color combination) that evokes the deepening of autumn by pairing a dark *suo* (deep reddish-purple) on the outer layer with *ko-iro* (fragrant clove-brown) on the inner layer.
It is characterized by a deep, reddish-brown hue reminiscent of a glossy chestnut.

Outer side: *Koki-suō* – a deep, dark maroon with blackish or reddish undertones
Inner side: *Kō-iro* – a subdued, pale yellowish-brown reminiscent of aromatic wood

Origin: *Ochiguri-iro* (fallen chestnut color) is a color scheme that literally evokes the image of ripe chestnuts tumbling onto the ground; consequently, it was worn during late autumn, when the season was at its peak.
This color also appears in *The Tale of Genji*, a seminal work of Heian-period literature.
Historical records on costume suggest that *ochiguri-iro* was the color of the lined *hakama* (trousers) worn by women at auspicious, celebratory occasions.
It is a color with a highly prestigious history, born of the connection between the changing natural world and the formal attire worn on special, ceremonial days.

The shine and color of the silk, combined with the freshwater pearls, gives it an elegant impression.

This product is using the hand-dyed Kyo-Yuzen dyeing method. As it is made by hand, there may be slight variations in color.
The pattern may also appear differently depending on how the fabric is cut.
